As reported by some of our customers, validation of our VAT-ID CY 10401800S may fail.
Please try the following to resolve the issue:
Kindly make sure that you use the VAT-ID exactly as shown above including the S at the end.
Please type the company name and address exactly as shown here:

If this does not work, please use VIES (VAT Information Exchange System). It is an electronic means of validating VAT-identification numbers of economic operators registered in the European Union for cross border transactions on goods or services. It is provided by the European Commission.
